Data we process

We store your name, email, internal account ID, language, password hash and recovery-key hash; invitations, activities, scoring options, uploaded images/PDFs, drafts, submitted votes/scores and activity history. Support requests include your contact email, message and any activity/account references. We store blocking preferences and moderation decisions. Server security logs can contain IP addresses, request paths, times and response codes.

Purpose and visibility

Data is used to operate accounts, invitations, voting, results, support and abuse prevention. Signed-in users can search by exact name or full email and see your name, masked email and account tag. Organizers see invitation emails and participation status. In named activities they can see individual submissions after closing. Accepted participants see aggregate final results, including option names. Anonymous mode hides individual submissions from organizers; the operator can still link ballots to accounts. Small groups can make identities inferable. Names and emails are self-declared; email ownership is not yet verified.

Hosting and other recipients

The service uses Tencent Cloud hosting in Tokyo, Japan. Data you submit is transmitted to that server, including when you are in another country. We use HTTPS in transit and hashed passwords. We do not sell personal data, use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs in this version. Content you deliberately share/export can be received and retained by your chosen recipients. Email sent to our support address is processed by Google's Gmail service. Google Play separately processes store installation and testing information under its own policies.

Retention and deletion

Account and activity data is retained until deleted. You can delete activities you own and request full account deletion in Settings or on our deletion page. Full deletion removes the account, credentials, sessions, votes/drafts, invitations, blocking preferences, account-linked support requests and authored activity history, plus all activities you own and their attachments. Results in other activities may change. Copies already exported by others cannot be remotely erased. Security logs and database backups may persist for up to 30 days under the retention schedule; they are not used as active accounts. If a backup is restored, deletion requests must be reapplied before public access resumes.

Your choices and contact

You can change language, delete your account, report content and block users. Registered display names are fixed; contact support about mistakes, privacy requests, exported copies or inaccessible accounts. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or children's personal data. This app is intended for adults and is not a certified election system.

Activity purchases

Google Play processes payment. We send obfuscated account and activity purchase identifiers to Google and store encrypted purchase tokens, order identifiers, purchase status and the related activity to verify, restore and protect your upgrade. We do not receive payment card details. Account deletion removes the link to your account, activity, order identifier and encrypted token; only an unlinked token fingerprint is retained to prevent duplicate use. Google retains its own payment records under its policies.
